The Diamond monstrance, also called the Prague Sun, is deposited in the Loreta gemstone depository on the first frontal floor of Loreta and is part of the Loreta treasure. The monstrance was made in 1699 by the Vienesse Baroque architect J. B. Fischer. It is made of golden silver and decorated with 222 diamonds. It is 89,5 high and 70 cm wide. It weights 12 kg. Themonstrance is considered to be a masterpiece of the Medieval golden era.
